Lets get the word out that there are parents and family out here ready to support each other through their service persons enlistment, BCT, AIT, deployments, and just through the whole military career.

Thirdee at Code Red: Women for the Troops tells us about the world's largest digital valentine for our troops. You might still have time to add your signature! While you at Thirdee's, why don't you pick up one of her Code Red: Women for the Troops buttons. PebblePie has a plan. Actually, it's Robin William's Plan for Peace. Among other things his plan includes:

1)"The US will apologize to the world for our "interference" in their affairs, past &present. You know, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Tojo, Noriega, Milosevic, Hussein, and the rest of those "good ole boys", we will never "interfere" again.

and

8) If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not "interfere." They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need. Besides most of what we give them is stolen or given to the army. The people who need it most get very little, if anything.

You have to go over there to read the rest of the plan :) The Median Sib offers up a Cacophony of Cartoon Crazies!

I think it's time that the Muslim world start showing a little press responsibility and respect for religion.

Proud Army Mom has some pictures up of her beautiful daughter graduating. That's Private Charlie Co. Vet Tech to you! We're glad you are back home PAM! Poor The Paladin lives in the Official State of Whine?. He gives us some insight into State Senator Carole Migden. He asks:

What more would you expect from a legislator that called tracking bracelets for convicted sex offenders “a brutal, cookie-cutter approach'’ to criminal justice.

Meanwhile, poor Violence Worker is stuck in Hawaii till the 24th. He's having The Patriette filling in for him while he's forced to endure the tropical paradise. I hate it for him [insert extreme envious sarcasim here]. Life~Florida~Whatever honors Veteran Hero's and a Song. She's also covering the Olympics :) Fiddle Dee Dee says It Says a Lot that Cindy Sheehan was paid $11,000 to speak at a college while retired Veteran Army Officer Scott Rutter was paid $600.
